THE ECOWALL is a walling system that combines spray concrete technology with Jade Dragon's special lightweight mineral called Perlite to create a construction material that is strong, quick to install, crack resistant, moisture resistant, fire and flame resistant and has thermal and sound insulative properties.

 

ECOWALL'S SPECIAL MINERAL generically termed Perlite is a naturally occurring siliceous rock. Perlite is a volcanic glass that expands (much like popcorn) from four to twenty times its original volume after being processed at the UPC Plants. The air pockets formed during this expansion process give Perlite its unique characteristic as a very effective lightweight insulator.

 

ECOWALL'S TECHNOLOGY CALLED SPRAYCRETE OR SHOTCRETE: Jade Dragon  specializes in Spraycrete, also called Shotcrete, a very efficient and time-saving technology  used in the U.S. and other advanced countries. Sprayed concreting is an installation methodology  which applies  concrete slurry in layers to a steel matting and fiberglass substrate.
